Job summary
A leading landscape architecture firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager. The candidate will lead the planning and coordination of landscape packages on prestigious projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards. With a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field and at least 10 years of experience, you will oversee the implementation of irrigation, planting, and artistic installations. Strong project management skills and familiarity with MS Office and AutoCAD are required.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing external packages, focusing on landscape works.
- Proven experience on prestigious projects in the Middle East, preferably UAE.
- Solid understanding of landscape construction and irrigation systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning coordination of landscape packages across high-profile developments.
- Oversee implementation of planting, irrigation, and artistic installations.
- Monitor site activities ensuring compliance with drawings and safety standards.
- Manage procurement process for landscape materials and vendor coordination.
- Review technical submittals and liaise with relevant authorities for permits.
