We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced surgeon who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to advancing orthopedic practices.

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal issues.
2. Perform surgical procedures with precision and skill, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture repair.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
4. Stay abreast of advancements in orthopedic treatment and techniques, incorporating evidence-based practices into patient care.
5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surgeons and medical staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
6. Educate patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment options, ensuring informed decisions are made.
7. Participate in research and continuous professional development initiatives to enhance expertise and the quality of care offered.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, preferably in a consulting capacity.
• Strong surgical skills and a deep understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to patients and their families empathetically.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead by example.
• Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of industry best practices and innovations in the field.
