Join our team at the headquarters in Schrobenhausen or at one of our BAUER subsidiaries (e.g., Germany, Abu Dhabi) as Legal Counsel / Senior Contract Management (m / f / x).

Your Tasks

• Legal support for public and private tenders, mainly on the contractor side, focusing on specialised foundation engineering.
• Preparation of international civil and plant construction contracts.
• Drafting contracts with subcontractors.
• Preparation of consortium and joint venture agreements.
• Negotiation of project-based partnering and alliance agreements between client and contractor.
• Monitoring and processing of contract variations, drafting legal / contractual correspondence, and claim preparation.

Your Profile

• Completed law studies (with above-average results) or an equivalent international degree.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience in complex national and international projects.
• Ability to develop sound, resilient, and pragmatic legal solutions.
• Good judgment, clear communication skills, and ability to present complex issues simply, including alternative options.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
