Qualifications

• This position is for recent Graduates UAE Nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement activities as instructed by Category Manager.
• Develop business stakeholder relationships.
• Engage in task responsibilities on Procurement System.
• Handle Contracts track list and update contracts on SAP ARIBA.
• Support Vendors in Procurement System registration.
• Comply with ADIB Policies & Procedures.
• Track prices and assess business impact.
• Liaise for the creation and publishing of contracts.
• Coordinate with VMCP for contract archiving.
• Support system implementation inputs for purchases.
• Negotiate timescales or schedules.
• Ensure timely deliveries and manage supplier escalation.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
