Job summary
A global marketing firm is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture of a new digital platform for a museum. The role focuses on employing Sitecore XP and Next.js in a headless CMS environment. Candidates should have over 10 years of software architecture experience, particularly in enterprise CMS, and hands-on expertise with Sitecore and JSS. This is a full-time permanent position based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to shape a greenfield implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture focused on enterprise CMS.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, JSS, and headless implementations.
- Experience designing greenfield projects from scratch.

We are building a brand-new digital platform for a museum using a headless architecture powered by Sitecore XP and Next.js. We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect who can define, set up, and guide the technical direction for this greenfield implementation.
- Lead the technical architecture of a headless CMS-powered website using Sitecore XP and JSS.
- Define infrastructure, hosting, and deployment strategy (preferably Azure or hybrid).
- Guide front-end and back-end integration patterns between Sitecore and Next.js.
- Establish best practices for DevOps, CI/CD, and content delivery in a headless model.
- Support the engineering team by providing architectural guidance and code-level reviews.
- Coordinate with business analysts and designers to ensure scalable and maintainable architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture with a focus on enterprise CMS.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, JSS, and headless implementations.
- Proven experience designing and deploying greenfield projects from scratch.
- Deep understanding of Next.js, React-based frontends, and integrating APIs with CMS.
- Experience with Azure cloud hosting and content delivery configurations.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
