A leading bank in the UAE is seeking a Direct Supervisor to manage investment and insurance sales for Business Banking. The successful candidate will need strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and at least 6 years of experience in wealth management. This role involves presenting investment opportunities to clients and driving the bank's investment business growth. Candidates must be SCA Certified and preferably possess experience in the local market.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in wealth management, preferably in the UAE.
• SCA Certified (UAE R&R and CISI L 3).
• Ability to coach and train others.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end investment/insurance sales for Business Banking.
• Educate and present Investment ideas to BB teams.
• Drive growth of Mashreq Investment Business.
