Job summary

A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a sales professional to generate leads, conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers. Candidates should have strong sales experience, preferably in real estate, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A valid UAE driving license and RERA certification are advantageous. This role offers a dynamic environment and the opportunity to exceed sales targets while maintaining current knowledge of the Dubai property market.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of or interest in learning the Dubai property market.
  • Presentable, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through calls, online portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualify prospects, understand client requirements, and match them with suitable properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits in a professional manner.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers/landlords to reach successful agreements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai communities, projects, prices, and market trends.
  • Prepare and follow up on necessary documents (offers, MOUs, contracts) in line with company and UAE regulations.
  • Update CRM or internal systems with leads, viewings, feedback, and deal status.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience (real estate sales in Dubai preferred; other strong sales backgrounds considered).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident dealing with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Good understanding of or interest in learning the Dubai property market quickly.
  • Presentable, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
