1. Valid nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
2. Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
3. Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
4. Strong understanding of healthcare practices, procedures, and terminology.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
6. Ability to make informed, ethical decisions in high-stress situations.
