The Project Manager / Rolling Stock Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of rolling stock procurement and implementation. The role demands leadership technical proficiency and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success in compliance with international standards and RTA requirements.

• Lead end-to-end project management of rolling stock procurement and delivery
• Coordinate planning, scheduling and technical teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards

• MSc/BSc in Engineering
• 15 years experience in project management for rolling stock or rail systems
• GCC experience required; RTA exposure preferred
