A global consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Generalist Manager to support regional HR services. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to address workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development. Candidates should have 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably with SHRM or HRCI certifications. This full-time role may require flexibility to meet business needs and support practices' goals and culture.
The HR GeneralistManager will be an experienced human resource professional who works with Dubais onsite leadership to closely support the Middle Eastern practices goals and culture by providing HR services including but not limited to talent acquisition talent development workforce planning and other HR projects and initiatives as required.
This is a fulltime position and flexibility is required to meet the expectations of the practices needs. The candidate will report into the GCS (Global Corporate Services) Head of HR EMEA/APAC/LATAM with dotted line reporting into the practice leaders.
