A leading recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Operations Officer to manage and oversee all HR operations functions. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations in UAE.
• Demonstrated expertise in onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree and HR certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for all clients.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
• Continuously improve HR operations processes and systems.
• Serve as primary HR operations contact for key clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.
