Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Operations Officer to manage and oversee all HR operations functions. This role requires a strong background in HR operations and outsourcing, with proven skills in onboarding, compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery of HR services while maintaining high client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include employee relations management, compliance with labor laws, and team mentorship.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations in UAE.
  • Demonstrated expertise in onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and HR certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for all clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
  • Continuously improve HR operations processes and systems.
  • Serve as primary HR operations contact for key clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.
