Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, administration, or business support.
  • Hands-on experience with monthly payroll data validation, joiners/leavers, timesheets, travel bookings, and full-cycle onboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
  • Manage employee records, payroll data, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate with PRO teams for regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly HR and operational reports.
  • Oversee business administration and office operations.
