Job Title: HR Recruiter (Mid-Level) – Oil & Gas

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Oil & Gas projects. The role involves sourcing technical and non-technical talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting mobilization in line with project requirements and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for onshore, offshore, and project-based roles
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, agencies, and direct headhunting
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates as per project needs
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiations (as per company policy), and documentation
- Support mobilization process including medicals, visas, background checks, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and manpower status reports
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Ensure adherence to company policies, local labor laws, and client requirements
- Support workforce planning and urgent hiring for shutdowns and project ramp-ups
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Offshore projects
- Strong understanding of technical roles (engineering, construction, maintenance, drilling, marine, etc.)
- Experience handling bulk hiring and project mobilization
- Familiar with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with offshore / ADNOC / Aramco / QP projects (advantage)
- Knowledge of ATS and HR systems
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills
- High attention to detail and strong reporting skills
