Job summary
A leading hotel in UAE is seeking a passionate HR professional to ensure cleanliness and high standards in associate accommodation. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene in living areas, managing maintenance requests, and preparing rooms for new staff. Candidates should possess a high school qualification and ideally have prior experience in related fields. Proficiency in English is required, and computer skills are advantageous. This role is vital for creating a welcoming environment for associates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a related discipline is preferable.
- Good command of English is essential.
- Computer skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in the accommodation's common areas.
- Report maintenance requests to the HR Manager.
- Prepare rooms for new associates.

Education
We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic colleague focused Human Resources professional who prides themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions to our colleagues.
- Clean all common areas of the accommodation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times, especially in the bathrooms.
- Clean all public areas in and around the accommodation.
- Ensure that maintenance requests with regard to any repair and maintenance requirements in the accommodation are immediately made and follow‑up on pending maintenance requests.
- Prepare room for new associate arriving as per the SOP’s.
- Ensure accommodation of the new associate is in hygienic and good condition.
- Maintain an inventory of all new linen purchased for the colleagues.
- Maintain the furniture store of the accommodation.
- Clear all garbage on a daily basis.
- Report any complaint from the associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager.
- Ensure that no misuse of equipment or FF&E in the accommodation is taking place.
You should have ideally a high school qualification with previous experience in a related discipline. You must have a good command of English and computer skills are an advantage.
