About the Job:

We are seeking a Team Leader for our Spa Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main responsibilities include:

1. Training the Spa and Fitness team, ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about products and services, and coordinating with vendors for training and support.
2. Monitoring quality scores from Medallia, LQA, and TripAdvisor, and developing action plans as needed.
3. Supervising Spa GSE, attendants, and Fitness team performance, providing guidance, discipline, and support.
4. Conducting monthly performance reviews based on established KPIs, tracking performance, and providing feedback.
5. Ensuring cleanliness and proper inventory management in all guest areas of the Spa and Gym.
6. Assisting in weekly scheduling, monitoring attendance, and participating in staff meetings to ensure effective communication.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude to provide exceptional guest service.
• Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.
