We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. 1. Assess and monitor the condition of patients and record pertinent observations.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and authorized providers.
3. Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessment and healthcare standards.
4. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate excellent patient outcomes.
5. Educate and support patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures and protocols.
7. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for all patients under care.
8. Utilize critical thinking skills to manage changes in patient conditions effectively.
9. Participate in community education and outreach programs to promote public health.
10. Support the orientation and training of new nursing staff and healthcare personnel.
11. Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment within the facility.
12. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.

1. Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.
2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
3. Strong clinical, assessment, and problem-solving skills in a healthcare setting.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients and staff.
5. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; ACLS preferred.
6. Ability to handle stress and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
7. Minimum one year of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
