Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses/Assistant Nurses to join our home health care team. The role requires adherence to nursing processes and a dedication to patient-centered care across clinical and home care settings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in home care or clinical settings following established nursing procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
  • Monitor vital signs, track changes in patient condition, and document progress.
  • Administer medications and ensure safe medication practices.
  • Respond promptly and effectively in emergencies; assist with mobility and activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, dressing).
  • Clean and redress injuries when needed; maintain sterile technique.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records and reports per monitoring and DHA requirements.
  • Participate in nursing quality improvement initiatives, in-service education, and staff meetings.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; provide excellent patient and family support.
  • Adapt to shift work (Day/Night) as required; knowledge of IV vitamin/wellness therapies is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Licensed in UAE by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or eligible for licensure (letter of eligibility or home nation license acceptable).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in Dubai; minimum 1–2 years in home care or clinical settings.
  • Ability to join quickly.
  • Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong clinical background; flexible to work in shifts.
  • Experience in IV Vitamin/Wellness therapies is a plus.
  • Strong sales and customer service capabilities.
