As a Registered Nurse with phlebotomist experience, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care and performing phlebotomy procedures. Your primary duties will include patient assessment, treatment, and monitoring, as well as drawing blood samples, handling laboratory equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

1. Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
2. Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
3. Collect and handle blood specimens for laboratory analysis.
4. Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
5. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
6. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
7. Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control policies, and regulatory standards.

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
2. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Abu Dhabi.
3. Certification in phlebotomy.
4. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with phlebotomy skills.
5. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

1. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
2. Advanced certifications in specialty areas.
3. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
