As a Document Controller, your role will be crucial in maintaining and organizing the company’s documentation flow, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of project records. Responsibilities include:

• Managing all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper filing and distribution.
• Handling project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and technical correspondence.
• Maintaining document control logs, registers, and databases in line with company policies.
• Monitoring and updating the document tracking system to reflect the current project status.
• Ensuring timely retrieval of documents when required by project engineers, consultants, or management.
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth flow of documents within and outside the organization.
• Upholding confidentiality and document integrity at all times.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 4–5 years of document control experience in the UAE, preferably within the construction industry.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE with valid documentation.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems, filing protocols, and project lifecycle documentation.
• Proficient in managing project-related correspondence, including drawings, reports, and approvals.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Candidates who can join immediately or are available on short notice will be given top priority.
