Job description

As a Paid Media Director at Jellyfish you will lead and expand our Paid Media capabilities in UAE. Reporting to the VP of Paid Media you will drive strategic initiatives manage highprofile client relationships and ensure operational excellence across all paid media channels. You will align local strategies with global goals while adapting to the unique needs of the UAE market. You will develop the local paid media team encouraging innovation and ensuring the successful of campaigns that exceed client expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the Paid Media strategy for the UAE market ensuring alignment with global business goals.
  • Client Management & Business Growth: Build and strengthen relationships with key clients identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring the highest level of service and delivery.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a team of Paid Media specialists fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.
  • Performance & Optimization: Oversee the and optimization of paid media campaigns ensuring bestinclass performance and efficiency.
  • Innovation & Testing: Drive the adoption of new technologies platforms and strategies to stay ahead in the evolving digital landscape.
  • CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with Media Strategy Analytics and Client Management teams to deliver integrated and datadriven marketing solutions.
  • Market Insights & Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the UAE and MENA digital landscape identifying key trends and opportunities for clients and the business.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all paid media processes adhere to Jellyfish standards improving workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Paid Media leadership.
  • Proven experience managing highprofile client relationships and driving business growth through Paid Media strategies.
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of hiring mentoring and developing highperforming teams.
  • Expertise in Google Ads Search Ads 360 Display & Video 360 Campaign Manager 360 and other DemandSide Platforms (DSPs). META Tiktok Linkedin and other social platforms.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset to evaluate campaign performance and drive optimizations.
  • Understanding of the UAE and MENA digital advertising landscape including trends regulations and emerging opportunities.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Sheets Slides Docs) and other project management tools.
