Job summary
A luxury resort in the UAE is looking for a Ticketing Manager to oversee the Ticket Office operations including staff management, ticket sales reporting, and collaboration with various departments to enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of ticket office management experience, preferably in a theater setting, and a strong background in customer service. - Minimum five years’ experience in Ticket Office Management, preferably in a theatre.
- Prior experience working with large scale ticketing partners, e.g., Ticketmaster.
- Ability to manage staff and perform under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily sales and front of house reports are created and distributed.
- Collaborate to create ticket packages and promotions.
- Oversee the Ticket Office and complete staff performance reviews.
