About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Onboarder to join the resort’s Talent Acquisition team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

  1. Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  2. Coordinating pre-employment activities, including background checks, documentation, employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other necessary documentation
  3. Ensuring timely creation of employee profiles, IT setup requests, and workplace logistics
  4. Continuously evaluating and improving onboarding processes to enhance new hire satisfaction and retention
  5. Maintaining and updating onboarding trackers to ensure accurate and timely reporting of new hire progress
  6. Managing and organizing employee files, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate
  7. Ensuring HR systems and records are up to date with employee information
  8. Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Manager
  9. Upholding strict confidentiality in all matters related to employee and company information

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in HR or hospitality, preferably in onboarding or employee relations
  2. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  3. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  4. Proficient in MS Office
  5. Confident public speaker and strong organizational skills
  6. Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management
  7. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
