What this job is about

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes for Seez and its dealer partners. The successful candidate will be driving our SeezBoost product and be responsible for running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data to create reports and leveraging various digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility, improve customer acquisition and drive overall campaign performance.

Job Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy Digital Marketing Campaigns on various channels including paid social, paid search, display advertising and email marketing on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SnapChat, TikTok and more.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on marketing campaigns, marketing collaterals and social media content for the Seez channels.
  • Work closely with the design team on design feedback and best approach for social media designs, branding etc.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance to identify and implement optimization strategies on current campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research for search and develop media plans for paid social.
  • Act as an account manager for clients to our SeezBoost product.
  • Design and implement visual elements for our website and web applications.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest trends in performance marketing and implement them into our projects.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the marketing team by sharing ideas and providing feedback.
What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves)
  • Bachelors degree in business with an emphasis on marketing
  • 35 years of experience as a performance marketer handling ad accounts that utilizing significant budgets annually
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in developing reports and using analytics tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and strategies
  • Experience in running ads in Arabic is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads is a must
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Agency experience is preferred
