Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development:
    • Assist the Head of Marketing with developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to support business growth and increase brand presence in target markets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts leading to higher lead conversion rates.
    • Oversee the CRM lead management on zoho
    • Website Content Updates and Testing:
      • Regularly update and optimize website content to ensure it aligns with current marketing initiatives and industry standards.
      • Conduct testing and ensure website elements are fully optimized for performance and conversion.
    • Manage relationships with external suppliers for design branding and campaign related projects.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining highquality standards.
    • Develop execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns (email social media SEO Google Ads etc. to generate B2B leads and enhance brand awareness.
    • Create and manage content calendars including planning for landing pages articles social media posts email campaigns and video/image creation.
    • Design or redesign industry reports and other key marketing collateral.
    • Manage multiple marketing projects at once ensuring all are executed seamlessly across various channels and stakeholders.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to support ongoing projects and campaigns.
    • Create and optimize SEOfriendly content for various platforms including landing pages blog articles and social media content.
    • Implement strategies for improving organic search visibility and performance.
    • Design plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients.
    • Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Instagram and YouTube including copywriting image/video creation and performance tracking.
    • Experience in running paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Facebook and WhatsApp to engage B2B audiences.
    • Use datadriven insights to optimize ongoing marketing efforts and campaigns.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics including engagement leads and conversion rates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus content strategies
  • Proven ability to oversee successful SEO email and social media campaigns.
  • Experience with SEOoptimized content creation (landing pages articles blogs social media posts).
  • Proficiency with Google Ads campaigns and experience managing social media ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Facebook and WhatsApp.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with campaign management tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Handson experience managing content calendars planning campaigns and collaborating on creative assets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing marketing terms and performance metrics.
  • Email campaign management and experience with platforms like Mailchimp HubSpot or Marketo.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Design skills in Adobe InDesign/Photoshop and experience creating visually engaging marketing materials.
  • Canva experience for creating quick engaging graphics for social media and campaign purposes.
  • Strong copywriting skills particularly for LinkedIn Instagram YouTube and other professional platforms.
  • Experience with content creation for landing pages blog posts and social media content.
