Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for an active Food & Beverage Attendant to join their team! Ideally located in Dubai Science Park, in a sought-after residential area, close to malls, beaches, attractions, and golf courses. The hotel features 240 rooms and suites, 84 apartments, F&B outlets, and extensive meeting facilities.

• Deal with guest requirements courteously and professionally, serving both internal and external guests.
• Serve customers promptly, taking orders, posting bills, collecting payments, and settling bills under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
• Be the main contact for guest sales and provide prompt service.
• Be approachable, confident, respectful, and attentive to guest needs.
• Create memorable moments by being knowledgeable, sharing stories, and showing your style.
• Serve customers according to standards, handling orders, billing, and serving efficiently.
• Present bills and ensure settlement.
• Promote menu items and specials.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as per checklists.
• Prepare service areas, including polishing glasses and cutlery, and cleaning tables.
• Maintain proper station arrangements and ensure menu items are sold at correct prices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Follow hotel rules, grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.
• Greet guests warmly, seat them, and thank them upon departure.
• Fulfill guest requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain high product and service knowledge to enhance guest experience.
• Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and hotel policies.
• Participate in other projects and duties as needed.

We value personality, originality, creativity, focus, and a passion for delivering excellent results! Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Valid alcohol handling, food service permits, or health/food handler cards are required by law. Training in F&B preparation, high school diploma, and fluency in English are essential; additional languages are a plus. Ability to build and maintain relationships is important.
