Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner.
• Set up and maintain poolside furniture.
• Assist guests with pool-related inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area.
• Take guest orders and deliver drinks promptly.
• Respond promptly to guest needs.
• Monitor pool area for safety hazards.
• Report accidents or incidents to management.
• Ensure the area complies with health and safety regulations.
