Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a deep understanding of the medical aesthetics landscape in the Middle East We are seeking a Head of Sales to drive regional growth and lead a high-performing team across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the regional sales team to exceed KPIs and revenue targets
• Develop and execute a strategic commercial plan aligned with business goals
• Leverage your strong network of medical aesthetic practitioners to unlock new opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to drive brand performance
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience leading a sales team in the medical aesthetics or related sector
• A strong commercial mindset with a track record of consistently surpassing sales targets
• Deep network of medical aesthetic practitioners across the Middle East
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic
