Barista - Coffee Shop in Dubai


We are a well-established coffee shop in Dubai, seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based drinks to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee-based drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to customer orders
- Ensure quality control by properly grinding, measuring and brewing coffee
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders and answering questions about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in the coffee industry

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
