This role is based in Dubai–Informa Office Level 6, One Central, Dubai World Trade Center. The position requires the candidate to be in the office 3 days a week.

WHX is entering a new era and we’re looking for a visionary Head of Brand & Content to lead the charge. This is your chance to build and grow a high‑impact brand across a global portfolio of events, leading everything from content and creative to organic social, PR and top‑of‑funnel strategy.

You’ll lead a brilliant team of 11 (with 5 direct reports) and collaborate across digital, event commercial and product marketing to elevate every brand experience. WHX is scaling fast with 15 events already in market and more in the pipeline, and we need a brand leader who’s energised by change, excited by innovation and ready to move at pace.

What you will do
  • Lead the brand content and PR team for WHX building a bold, consistent and high‑impact brand experience.
  • Be the voice and guardian of the WHX brand, overseeing everything from tone of voice and creative to campaign strategy and brand standards.
  • Create and execute cross‑portfolio brand campaigns that grow brand awareness, boost TOF engagement and build long‑term audience affinity.
  • Manage and evolve the WHX website, ensuring it’s optimised for discovery, engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee and grow our organic social media presence, turning scrolls into clicks and followers into fans.
  • Lead all PR activity and agency partnerships, aligning earned media with brand goals and event strategies.
  • Build and scale content strategies that bring our event experiences to life all year round.
  • Roll out the new WHX brand across every touchpoint, from websites and marketing campaigns to on‑site branding and collateral.
  • Champion consistency and excellence across all WHX brand assets and ensure clear brand governance across the portfolio and our IJVs.
  • Inspire, develop and empower your team, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative culture.
  • Partner with senior leadership, marketing and sales to ensure brand and content strategies align with commercial priorities.
  • Own and evolve our brand toolkit, from messaging frameworks and tone of voice to visual identity and content guidelines.
  • Deliver insight‑led strategies that increase TOF conversions, deepen audience engagement and support the growth of our digital and in‑person events.
  • Lead the sustainability positioning of WHX through compelling brand and content campaigns that matter to our audiences.
  • Cultivate creative content and media partnerships that enhance our reach and brand impact.
