- Managing project registration
- Managing inflows from Escrow Account:
- Communicating with Escrow Agent to complete requests
- Reconciliation of project inflows with Escrow Agent and issuing statements of account
- Coordinating bank engineer site inspections
- Preparing payment certificates and submitting them to the Escrow bank
- Obtaining payment certificates and applying for contractor payments
- Completing contractor payments from Escrow
- Applying for registration amounts of properties from Escrow
- Managing Oqood and DSA system operations
- Monitoring Noqodi transactions
- Updating registration status and liaising with DLD for errors
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate developer DLD affairs
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is essential
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA regulations, and compliance
- Experience with developer registration, off-plan project registration, escrow accounts, property registration, cancellation, and termination
- Existing connections at DLD and major developers like DP/Nakheel are highly preferred
