Summary

The Head of Engineering is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the engineering department for Automotive/ Lifestyle & Luxury products.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the engineering department and ensure that it aligns with the companys overall goals.
• Manage the engineering budget and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Have high standards of collaborating with great international brands and jointly executing projects with our foreign acquired companies.
• Hire train and develop engineering staff.
• Oversee the engineering process from conception to deployment.
• Ensure that engineering projects meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
• Represent the engineering department to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Plan design and oversee engineering projects ensuring theyre completed on time within budget and with the expected quality and reliability and identifying and mitigating any risk.
• Innovative brave and We can do it attitude when facing a new engineering project or development.
• Take any necessary action needed to deliver the project on time and with the expected quality and reliability.
