As a Customer Success Representative, you'll deliver high‑quality support for our cloud‑based technology solutions, interacting directly with customers through phone, chat, and digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organized, sales‑aware, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle product and service inquiries across phone, chat, and digital channels.
- Provide remote technical support and guide customers through solutions.
- Create positive customer experiences on every interaction.
- Make outbound calls, support inside sales activities, and schedule demos.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and databases.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and cross‑functional teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2‑3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (Customer Support or Customer Success).
- Previous SaaS experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Basecamp, and Google Drive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience supporting or contributing to sales activities.
As an Independent Contractor, you must have

- Stable high‑speed internet connection.
- A quiet, professional workspace with clear audio/video setup.
- Ability to manage your own taxes and benefits.
