A leading educational institute in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Training Manager to oversee and enhance training and educational programs. The role requires a Master's degree, with a preference for a PhD, along with extensive experience in Aviation Engineering and academic leadership. Responsibilities include administering training programs, evaluating instructional staff, and coordinating academic schedules while promoting community engagement and continuous improvement in services. This is a pivotal role that fosters collaboration among various departments to meet institutional and community needs.
Serves as Training Manager for the educational institute. Provides training, administrative and fiscal leadership through the implementation of innovative, quality programs and activities in accordance with institutional priorities and policies. Works closely with Heads of Programs, Student Services, Financial and Administration Services to promote continuous improvement in Student Services, and close collaboration between Training and Education and Student Service Functions. Ensure fiscal and administrative accountability. Promote proactive community engagement and ensure the programs, services and staff of institution to address the needs of the community.
EASA Part 66/147 B1/B2, or FAA License
Knowledge of Military Aviation Training Concepts
Proven Negotiation and Mediation Skills.
Comply with all current EASA and GCAA Rules and Regulations under the relevant Part/CAR titles.
