LionRock Investment is a real estate investment fund founded by Max Piccinini, a renowned business mentor and investor. Our mission is to strategically invest in Dubai’s real estate market while delivering high returns for our investors.

With an ambitious goal of raising $100 million within the next 12 months and reaching $1 billion in the next 3 to 5 years, we are expanding our team to support this vision.

To achieve this, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to strengthen our financial strategy, support fundraising efforts, and ensure optimal financial management.

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of LionRock Investment. You will ensure that all financial data, projections, and reports are accurate and compelling to attract and retain investors. You will also work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to optimize financial operations and decision-making.

• Develop and maintain investment and cash flow reports that provide critical insights into the fund’s performance and future opportunities.
• Conduct detailed financial projections and business plan calculations to guide the company’s roadmap and attract investors who share our vision.
• Prepare comprehensive fundraising dossiers with well-structured financial and strategic data to secure investments.
• Present financial data persuasively to demonstrate the fund’s value and growth potential to potential investors.
• Respond to investor and fund inquiries with clarity and confidence, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• Design financial strategies and models to support ambitious fundraising goals, including raising $100 million within the next year and scaling further.
• Manage cash flow effectively to ensure financial stability and long-term growth.
• Ensure the company’s finances are solid and optimized to support expansion and investor confidence.
• Provide expert financial advice to the CEO for key decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline financial operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability during expansion.

• Experience : At least 10 years of experience as a CFO, preferably in financial services, investment funds, or real estate, with experience in Dubai.
• Fundraising Expertise : Proven track record in structuring and securing investment rounds, especially in Dubai real estate fundraising.
• Financial Skills : Strong in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and business planning.
• Strategic Thinking : Ability to provide insights guiding high-stakes investment decisions.
• Integrity & Professionalism : Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to quality work.
• Communication Skills : Capable of presenting complex financial data clearly and persuasively.
• Language : Fluent English required.
• Soft Skills : Detail-oriented, a good listener, professional, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with high-level executives.
• Contract Type : Part-time initially, with potential for full-time; can be structured as employment or freelance based on preferences and legal considerations.
• Location : Remote, ideally based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
• Growth Opportunities : Potential to evolve into a full-time CFO role as the company expands.
