A premier hospitality group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor. Your role will involve overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring high service standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality Management, at least 2 years of F&B experience, and be a Russian speaker. - Experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Assist in supervising daily operations of restaurants and bars.
- Support F&B Manager in scheduling and training staff.
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction with food quality and service.
- Monitor service procedures for compliance with standards.
- Assist in managing inventory and cost control.
