Job summary

A leading engineering firm based in Dubai is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer with a strong background in the design and inspection of mechanical systems and life safety systems. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in fire protection engineering, preferably in nuclear facilities. Responsibilities include consulting on project requirements, reviewing design documents, and supporting junior staff. This is a full-time position offered on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fire protection engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of fire protection systems design analysis.
• Strong understanding of nuclear industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Consult on project requirements and design documents.
• Review HVAC design documentation and smoke control approaches.
• Perform submittal reviews and maintain detailed documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Support junior technicians or entry-level staff.
