Job summary
A leading company in Dubai is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee Group Consolidation and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a CA certification and a robust experience of 7+ years in finance, particularly in dynamic environments. Key responsibilities include managing statutory audits, cash flows, and tax planning as well as implementing ERP solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance roles.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience in a startup environment and mining industry is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Group Consolidated Financials and Board Packs monthly.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and financial sign offs.
- Drive multi-country FP&A and budget analysis.

Salary: up to AED 18,000 (Negotiable - Subject to experience)

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years experience in handling Group Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Group Reporting, and Tax Compliances.
- Strong grasp of finance and accounts with good experience in financial accounting.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup environment with knowledge of IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with implementation and optimization of ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
- Travel required to mine locations on a need basis.
- Working experience in the mining industry will be helpful.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Preparation of Group Consolidated Financials and Board Packs monthly.
- Ensuring smooth and timely completion of statutory audits for the group, from finalizing the commercials to signing off the financials.
- Driving multi-country FP&A, annual business planning, rolling forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
- Ensuring compliance, risk management, and effectiveness of internal controls across all regions.
- Cash flow and working capital management.
- Leading country tax planning, tax optimization strategies, and establishing global transfer pricing rules.
- Reporting key performance indicators, financial and non-financial, for the organization.
- Implementation of the ERP system.
