  • Prepare Group Consolidated Financials and Board Packs monthly.
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and financial sign offs.
  • Drive multi-country FP&A and budget analysis.

Job description

Role: Finance Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: up to AED 18,000 (Negotiable - Subject to experience)

Experience: Minimum 7+ Years

Certification: CA

Notice Period: Upto 30 Days

Qualifications & Experience
  1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years experience in handling Group Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Group Reporting, and Tax Compliances.
  2. Strong grasp of finance and accounts with good experience in financial accounting.
  3. Experience in a fast-growing startup environment with knowledge of IFRS.
  4. Hands-on experience with implementation and optimization of ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
  5. Travel required to mine locations on a need basis.
  6. Working experience in the mining industry will be helpful.
  7. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Key Performance Areas
  1. Preparation of Group Consolidated Financials and Board Packs monthly.
  2. Ensuring smooth and timely completion of statutory audits for the group, from finalizing the commercials to signing off the financials.
  3. Driving multi-country FP&A, annual business planning, rolling forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
  4. Ensuring compliance, risk management, and effectiveness of internal controls across all regions.
  5. Cash flow and working capital management.
  6. Leading country tax planning, tax optimization strategies, and establishing global transfer pricing rules.
  7. Reporting key performance indicators, financial and non-financial, for the organization.
  8. Implementation of the ERP system.
