Ocean Stone Construction LLC, part of TownX Real EstateDevelopment LLC, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to oversee and manage all financial aspects of its projects and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all financial planning, cost controls and management, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires extensive experience in construction finance, project budgeting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and project cost reports to provide insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Oversee the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure financial discipline and cost efficiency in all projects.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
  • Manage cash flow projections and fund allocations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding when required.
Taxation, Auditing & Compliance
  • Ensure timely tax filings, VAT compliance, and adherence to local labour laws.
