Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department.
• Prepare accurate financial reports statements and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Leverage Odoo ERP expertise to streamline accounting workflows reporting and automation.
• Monitor cash flow accounts and financial transactions for accuracy.
• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business growth.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor and supervise accounting staff fostering a high-performance team.
• Provide financial insights to guide strategic initiatives and investments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
