Job summary
A leading defense and robotics company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex projects. This role involves managing project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of project management experience in the defense sector. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management tools.
Qualifications
- 5 years of continuous Project Management experience within the Defense industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire teams.
- In-depth knowledge of missile and weapon systems development processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-scale, complex projects to achieve business objectives.
- Support the Programme Manager with strategies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
