Overview
We are seeking an experienced Arabic speaking Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver complex digital transformation initiatives across IT, SDLC, ERP, Low-Code, Networking, and enterprise platforms. This role requires a strong balance between delivery ownership (Project Manager) and Agile execution leadership (Scrum Master), ensuring predictable outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Manage project scope, change requests, risks, and issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to define, align, and manage project requirements and objectives.
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove delivery impediments and enable high-performing, self-organizing teams.
- Promote and apply Agile best practices, tailoring frameworks to business and project needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery velocity, predictability, quality, and team performance.
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders with transparency and clarity.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies as appropriate, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and delivery success.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance, governance, and audit mechanisms across the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and drive improvements.
- Provide technical guidance to teams, ensuring solutions align with project objectives and organizational standards.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, Agile practices, and delivery frameworks.
