Responsibilities Oversee and manage construction activities onsite ensuring project schedules budgets and quality standards are met Coordinate with project stakeholders subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth operations Develop and implement construction plans work breakdown structures and schedules Monitor progress and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Conduct site inspections meetings and reporting to senior management Manage construction teams including supervision and coordination of subcontractors and labor force Review and approve construction methods procedures and materials Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Manager in largescale industrial or oil gas projects Strong leadership organizational and communication skills Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality assurance processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Mechanical or related engineering discipline
