Job summary

A leading engineering company is seeking an Electrical Engineer for operations and team management in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing daily site activities for EV projects, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, 5-7 years of relevant experience with a focus on team supervision in the UAE, and must be fluent in Arabic and English. A UAE Driving License is also required for this position.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of electrical project experience including 2-3 years of direct team supervision in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of ADDC and local regulatory requirements.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site activities for EV charger and electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Manage and guide teams of technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections.
