A fabrication and installation company in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer with a clear pathway to Projects Manager. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of UAE experience in the industry and be skilled in managing projects from start to finish, including client communications and profit management. - At least 3 years' experience in UAE working in a similar industry.
- Experience in production and installation of architectural metal works.
- Handle projects from start to finish.
Aufgaben
- Manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with production based on shop drawings.
- Conduct site meetings and client communications.
- Work with estimation to secure projects.
- Ensure timely project billing and profitability.
Kenntnisse
Architectural, non-structural Metal Works fabrication and installation company based in Jabal Ali.
Seeking a dynamic Project Engineer, with a clear pathway to Projects Manager position.
Must have at least 3 years' experience in UAE working in similar industry, otherwise applications will NOT be considered.
Experience in production & installation of the following;
- Pergolas, kiosks and Shade Structures
- Aluminum, Stainless Steel and MS decorative structures like Staircases
- Handrails, Balustrades, Fences, Gates, mashrabiyas
- Decorative Cladding and bespoke fabrications and installations in high-end villas.
Company will provide a Car, medical insurance, accommodation (if required) and an opportunity for swift growth in a dynamic environment with a great team.
Skills
Must have experience in handling projects from start to finish, including:
- Understanding Shop Drawings and explaining to Production.
- Client facing, with ability to commit to schedules, site meetings, obtaining samples and approvals to start the job.
- Work with Estimation to win projects.
- Work with QS/Accounts to ensure project billing is on-time.
- Ensure project profitability
- Excellent English writing skills and communication
Must have UAE driving License.
