Job summary
A construction company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Site Foreman/Supervisor experienced in gypsum, false ceiling, and drywall works. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and managing site teams. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience, including 2 years in the UAE, and possess strong leadership skills. A valid UAE driving license is required. This position offers hands-on leadership in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of site experience, at least 2 years in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of gypsum, false ceiling, and drywall systems.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Experience in interior design, renovations, and fit-out projects.
- Valid UAE light vehicle driving license.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

- Supervise and manage site activities related to gypsum and drywall works.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical issues.
Skills
We are seeking a highly skilledSite Foreman/Supervisorwith strong expertise infalse ceiling and gypsum drywall works. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to drawings, and timely completion. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical knowledge, and practical experience in interior design, renovations, and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site activities related togypsum, false ceiling, and drywall works.
- Interpret and implementshop drawingswith accuracy.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Monitor daily site progress, report updates, and resolve technical/site issues.
- Oversee interior design, renovation, and fit-out works as required.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and resources on-site.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–5 years of site experience, withat least 2 years in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge ofgypsum, false ceiling, and drywall systems.
