Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Telecom Engineer to support the design of telecommunications systems for onshore oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in telecom engineering, especially in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases, and familiarity with ADNOC or Middle Eastern project standards. Responsibilities include developing engineering deliverables and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in telecom engineering within the onshore oil and gas industry.
• Experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases is essential.
• Knowledge of applicable international codes and standards (e.g., IEC, ITU, NEC, NFPA).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of telecom engineering activities from FEED through Detailed Design.
• Develop engineering deliverables including telecom design basis, equipment specifications, and cable schedules.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client-specific requirements.
