- Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products and systems for commercial and industrial purposes.
- Develop maintenance schedules for all electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Analyze data from tests and develop solutions to problems with existing systems.
- Prepare documents such as schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, bills of material, drawings etc.
- Provide technical advice on the design of electrical systems as well as troubleshoot problems with existing systems.
- Work closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Supervise installation of electrical systems ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required
- 5+ years relevant experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Expert knowledge of electrical theory including AC/DC circuits, power electronics, analog/digital circuitry and embedded controllers
- Good understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
