Job summary
A leading Holding company is actively recruiting an Executive Creative Director for their Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, a strong portfolio, and the ability to develop strategies that drive business results. The role involves leading a creative team, maintaining client relationships, and managing the creative process. Knowledge of branding and excellent communication skills in English are essential, with Arabic preferred.
Qualifications

- Proven track record of successful creative campaigns.

- Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance and professional development.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept development to execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of creative campaigns to measure effectiveness.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience as Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant creative work is required.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns across multiple channels.
- Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic preferred.
