Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Creative Director in Dubai. The successful candidate will define and own the creative vision for retail brands and collaborate with senior leadership across various departments. Job Description:

  • Define and own the creative vision and brand positioning for retail brands, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer insights.
  • Partner with senior leadership (Commercial, Merchandising, Digital and Marketing teams) to shape strategic initiatives that translate into impactful creative outputs.
  • Drive innovation in brand storytelling that resonates with regional markets across GCC.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets and contents.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of creative leadership experience, ideally within fashion retail, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands.
  • Must have a robust portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and high-impact creative work across channels; with proven success building and directing brand identities, campaigns, and visual systems.
